Event Fees at a Glance

Reserve Your Spot
After reserving your date and time, submit your entry with full payment. The deadlines below determine eligibility and any applicable fees.
Reserved entries not received within six weeks before your scheduled bowling date will be canceled.
Entries received fewer than seven days before bowling are subject to a $2 fee per person, per event.
For Silver and Gold organizer benefits, entries must be prepaid at least 30 days before bowling, and all bowlers must compete on the same shift.

Entry Limits
Singles: Maximum of 3 entries per bowler.
Doubles: Maximum of 6 entries; no more than twice with the same partner. Maximum combined average: 450.
Team: Maximum of 3 entries. The same four or five bowlers may bowl together no more than twice. Change at least two bowlers to form a new team. Maximum combined average: 1,125.
All Events: Enter once per year. Only series bowled after the date and time of entry qualify.
Averages & Check-In
Bowlers must be 18 or older.
Handicap is 95% of 220, with a 155 minimum average used to calculate the maximum handicap allowance.
Qualifying adult USBC winter league averages require at least 42 games. Season requirements, conversions, exceptions, and adjustments apply.
Report all rerates to the tournament office before bowling.
Register 60 minutes before your shift. Entries or reservations may be forfeited if you have not registered 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
